Our staff is here to help you through the process. We suggest you contact the Fund Office six months prior to your expected retirement date.
The first step in the retirement process is to request a pension package via a written request. We cannot accept verbal request over the phone.

Once the signed request is received, a benefit statement and pension package will be prepared and sent to you. After you receive and review the package, please call to schedule an interview (YOU CANNOT WALK-IN). At that time, a staff member will guide you on the necessary information and documentation you will need to submit at the time of your appointment.

Current hours for appointments are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (except holidays). The Pension Department is located at 445 Northern Boulevard, Suite 30, Great Neck, NY 11021.
